Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support.
- Assist cardholders, merchants, and branch staff with inquiries.
- Meet contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- NQF Level 6 qualification.
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
