Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to:
General Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official documents.

- Process documents, formatting and typing as required.
- Maintain departmental records and archives.
Financial Administration
Support the department with financial administration by:
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Assisting with departmental budgets.
- Obtaining vendor information.
- Processing payments.
- Monitoring expenditure.
- Procuring goods and services according to SARB procurement policies.
- Ensuring payment documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
Governance, Risk and Compliance
Assist with administration relating to:
- Risk management activities.
- Compliance monitoring.
- Internal audits.
- Business continuity planning.
- Ethics administration.
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).

- Prepare and distribute departmental publications.
- Coordinate marketing materials.

Meetings, Events and Facilities
- Coordinate meetings and workshops.
- Arrange training sessions.
- Assist with event planning.
- Support facilities management.
- Prepare meeting packs and documentation.

Stakeholder Support

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5) in:
