Key Responsibilities

- Handling telephone queries from policyholders, financial advisors and franchises.
- Responding to email queries and escalations professionally.
- Resolving complex client and administrative issues.
- Obtaining outstanding documentation from clients and franchises.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring workload statistics and meeting daily targets.
