Salary and Benefits

Annual Salary Scale

  • R276,264 – R383,700 per annum

Estimated Total Remuneration Package

  • R383,567 – R520,312 per annum

The remuneration package may include employer contributions and benefits in accordance with municipal employment policies.


Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide effective and efficient administrative support services within the Human Capital Management environment. The role supports critical HR processes that contribute to employee development, recruitment, performance management, labour relations, and workplace safety.


Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum of six (6) months relevant experience in an administrative support environment
  • Computer literacy
  • SAP knowledge will be advantageous
  • Ability to work accurately with administrative records and documentation
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check
  • Must allow fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with employee remuneration processes
  • Supporting benefits administration and record management

Recruitment and Selection Support

  • Coordinating recruitment documentation
  • Assisting with appointment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting recruitment administration activities

Labour Relations Administration

  • Maintaining labour relations records
  • Assisting with disciplinary and employee relations administration

Training and Skills Development

  • Supporting employee training programmes
  • Maintaining training records and documentation
  • Assisting with skills development initiatives

Occupational Health and Safety Administration

  • Supporting workplace health and safety processes
  • Maintaining compliance-related records

Performance Management Administration

  • Assisting with employee performance management documentation
  • Monitoring and updating performance records
