About the Position

The Administrative Controller: Food Safety will provide administrative and coordination support for the Food Safety Management System. The successful candidate will help ensure food safety documentation, records, procedures and compliance activities are accurately maintained and available for audits and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science
• Fluent in Business English
• Intermediate computer literacy
• 2–5 years’ experience working with senior management
• Basic understanding of product technology and formulations
• Basic understanding of FSSC 22000
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Effective communication and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and updating the Entropy Food Safety System
• Monitoring and updating audit schedules
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Coordinating audit and induction arrangements
• Following up on corrective actions
• Scheduling and monitoring food safety training
• Updating training schedules and outcomes
• Supporting customer complaint investigations
• Monitoring customer complaint trends using Cognos
• Updating site procedures
• Preparing Root Cause Analyses and Non-Conformances
• Maintaining Hazard Analyses, Critical Control Points and One Point Lessons
• Logging K2 modifications and monitoring progress
• Recording meeting minutes
• Providing general and ad-hoc administrative support
