Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering the circulation of procurement documents within the branch.
- Monitoring the submission of monthly supplier statements.
- Investigating and addressing queries raised by law enforcement agencies.
- Providing guidance and audit verification to resolve queries.
- Controlling and maintaining effective stock and asset management processes.
- Administering physical access control to the division.
- Supervising, leading and directing administration functions within the branch.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:

- An Administration Certificate.
- A valid motor vehicle driving licence.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Administration or a related/equivalent field.
