🔹 Job Purpose

To provide learners living with disabilities with structured, hands-on workplace experience that supports skills development, employability, and career growth.


🔹 Core Competencies

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office package)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Added advantage:
    • Experience in web design and content production
    • Strong portfolio with project management examples


🔹 Minimum Requirements

  • Age 18 – 35 years
  • Matric certificate
  • Valid certificate of disability
  • Any post-school certificate or degree (advantageous)
  • Must submit the following documents:
    • Proof of disability
    • Certified ID copy
    • Matric and/or qualification certificates
