Discovery Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker to manage and grow a high-net-worth client portfolio through expert financial advice, exceptional service, and long-term value creation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth (Purple) clients
- Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement
- Provide expert advice on structuring client portfolios
- Promote Discovery Bank products and cross-sell across the Discovery Group
- Identify and onboard new clients to grow the Purple client base
- Deliver outstanding service using the “today’s work today” principle
- Collaborate with Relationship Bankers to share insights and best practices
- Attend virtual and face-to-face client meetings
What You’ll Need
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- FAIS accredited (RE5)
- 3–6 years’ experience as a Private/Relationship Banker
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong face-to-face client engagement experience
