The successful Paralegal will support attorneys with legal, administrative, research and litigation-related activities.

Paralegal Job Purpose

The Paralegal (High Court) is responsible for providing general management, administrative and technical legal support to attorneys.

The position requires someone who can work accurately with legal documentation, conduct research, organise case information and assist attorneys throughout litigation processes.

Key Performance Areas

Legal Research and Attorney Support

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide research assistance to attorneys.

Stakeholder Management

The role involves interaction with various internal and external stakeholders. Duties include:

Road Accident Fund Paralegal Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a legal environment.
