Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing professional grant administration services.
- Receiving and screening social grant applications.
- Capturing beneficiary information accurately on SASSA systems.
- Processing beneficiary maintenance transactions.
- Scheduling and administering medical assessments.
- Providing mobile and off-site grant application services where required.
- Scanning, indexing, and batching grant files.
- Assisting members of the public with grant-related enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Ensuring compliance with SASSA policies and procedures.
- Delivering efficient customer service in accordance with Batho Pele principles.
- Supporting the effective administration of social assistance programmes.
