If you are an experienced administrator with excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for organisation and accuracy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a custom-built inventory management system that operates within Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movements, supporting dispatch operations, processing branch documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

Although the role works closely with warehouse operations, heavy lifting is performed by dedicated warehouse staff, allowing you to focus mainly on inventory administration and operational coordination.

  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and system-related issues.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding stock availability.
  • Assist with forklift operations when required (if licensed).
  • Support the branch with general administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
