Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Automotive dealership experience will be advantageous.
