About the Learnership

The programme aims to prepare unemployed youth for careers in the microinsurance sector through a combination of classroom learning and practical workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related qualification
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Not be studying at the time of application
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit record
  • Valid South African driver’s licence
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within Gauteng and/or KwaZulu-Natal

Preferred Experience
