About the Role

The successful candidate will coordinate and manage the complete administration process for wholegoods equipment transactions. This includes confirming equipment specifications, maintaining pricing, procurement, logistics coordination, system registration, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new and used equipment inventory.
  • Oversee rental and demonstration fleet administration.
  • Apply John Deere sales programmes and DRM discount claims.
  • Maintain equipment pricing based on exchange rates.
  • Prepare monthly and daily internal reports.
  • Submit John Deere retail sales and warranty reports.
  • Coordinate procurement activities.
  • Ensure accurate administration of equipment transactions.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Office Administration Management or equivalent.
  • A B.Com degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ administrative and stock control experience within the agricultural, construction, or forestry equipment industry.

Required Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction and forestry equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
