Main Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to the General ICU nursing unit, ensuring smooth daily operations and quality patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Assist with patient administration processes.
- Control pharmaceutical stock records.
- Provide professional reception and telephone services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the nursing unit with day-to-day office administration.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Computer literacy (Computer Studies as a subject or an additional computer literacy certificate).
Advantageous Qualifications & Experience
- Reception, Secretarial, Personal Assistant, or Administration training.
- Administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
