About the Role

As a Branch Controller, you will oversee daily branch operations, manage resources efficiently, ensure compliance with banking regulations, reduce operational risks, improve customer service, and help drive digital banking adoption.

You will play an important role in ensuring the branch achieves operational excellence while supporting business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily branch operations and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and risk management requirements.
  • Drive customer migration to digital and electronic banking services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
  • NQF Level 5 qualification in Banking, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in branch operations or a similar banking environment.
