What You’ll Do
Successful interns will gain hands-on HR experience by assisting with:
- Preparing and posting recruitment adverts
- Screening job applications
- Coordinating candidate assessments
- Organising interview schedules and invitations
- Drafting appointment letters
- Managing employee records and HR filing systems
- Scanning, uploading, and archiving HR documents
- Coordinating employee induction
- Capturing HR data and leave records
- Processing new employee engagement documents
- Uploading salary input and termination documents
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related qualification
- Certified copy of South African ID
