What You’ll Do

Successful interns will gain hands-on HR experience by assisting with:

  • Preparing and posting recruitment adverts
  • Screening job applications
  • Coordinating candidate assessments
  • Organising interview schedules and invitations
  • Drafting appointment letters
  • Managing employee records and HR filing systems
  • Scanning, uploading, and archiving HR documents
  • Coordinating employee induction
  • Capturing HR data and leave records
  • Processing new employee engagement documents
  • Uploading salary input and termination documents

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related qualification
  • Certified copy of South African ID
  • Certified Matric certificate

  • Motivational letter
