About the Role
You will work closely with the Managing Director of a corporate communications and advisory consultancy, supporting the creation and editing of professional corporate publications. This includes integrated reports, sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, governance reports, and annual reports for listed companies and public entities.
The role combines business writing, technical editing, proofreading, research, and data verification in a flexible remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and update integrated, annual, governance, and committee reports.
- Write ESG and sustainability reporting content.
- Simplify complex financial and operational information into reader-friendly business language.
- Copy-edit and proofread corporate reports.
- Ensure consistency, grammar, formatting, and document accuracy.
- Cross-check financial information against reports and spreadsheets.
- Verify tables, charts, and supporting corporate data.
- Assist in creating stakeholder interview questionnaires and templates.
- Learn and apply international reporting standards, including:
- International Integrated Reporting Framework

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- Corporate writing
- Technical publishing
- Institutional editing
- Professional copy-editing
- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong business writing ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet publication deadlines.
