About the Role
As an Administrative Clerk, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Distribution team. Your responsibilities include capturing data, maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, assisting with deliveries and route planning, and ensuring smooth distribution operations.
This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual who can work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you should have:
- Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Good written and spoken Business English
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office and related systems)

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Distribution team
- Capture and update delivery, customer, and route information
- Maintain dispatch records, PODs, invoices, and distribution documents
- Assist with delivery coordination and route planning
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related queries
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments
- File, scan, and manage office documentation
- Reconcile stock and delivery documentation
- Support colleagues during busy operational periods
