FlySafair is inviting applications for two permanent Creditors Clerk Assistant positions based at its Head Office in Bonaero Park, Johannesburg. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidates will provide administrative and financial support by processing creditor information, capturing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with finance-related administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with data capture and accounts payable experience who are looking to grow within South Africa’s aviation industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of financial information before capturing it into company systems.
- Identify and correct data errors by confirming information with relevant supervisors.
- Capture invoices and other financial information accurately into finance systems.
- Perform accounts payable support and general finance administration.
- Prepare, organise and maintain finance records and filing systems.
- Assist with supplier reconciliations and account balancing.
- Support month-end finance processes where required.
- Ensure financial records remain accurate, complete and confidential.
- Follow company financial procedures and internal controls.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and finance team to meet deadlines.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while working under pressure.
- Complete additional finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Minimum of 2 years’ data capture experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
