Momentum Corporate is recruiting an experienced Administrator: Quality Control to support operational excellence within its Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive retirement fund administration experience who are passionate about compliance, quality assurance, client service, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational transactions, service delivery processes, and client interactions meet the highest quality standards while complying with SARS and FSCA regulatory requirements.

Key Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of this position is to improve service quality by:

✔ Monitoring operational outputs and client interactions
✔ Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards
✔ Conducting quality reviews of transactions and processes
✔ Identifying service delivery gaps and recommending improvements
✔ Supporting operational teams in maintaining exceptional client service standards
✔ Ensuring work is completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) advantageous

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Employee Benefits administration
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retirement Fund administration
  • Extensive knowledge of:
    • SARS regulations
    • FSCA regulatory requirements
    • Employee Benefits industry practices
  • Quality control or quality assurance experience will be advantageous

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Transaction Verification

  • Review and verify operational transactions accurately
  • Conduct quality checks on financial and non-financial processes
  • Monitor client interactions for quality and compliance
  • Ensure zero backlog within quality control queues
  • Minimise operational errors and rework

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to SARS and FSCA regulations
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Support risk mitigation initiatives
  • Ensure fair treatment of clients in all processes

Service Delivery Excellence

  • Monitor adherence to service level agreements
  • Maintain high-quality service standards across operational teams
  • Improve turnaround times and service efficiency
  • Contribute to enhanced client satisfaction and retention

Process Improvement

  • Identify operational inefficiencies
  • Recommend process enhancements
  • Escalate critical findings to management
  • Participate in business improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation of operational strategies
