RecruitMyMom is seeking an experienced and finance-savvy Executive Assistant to support a prominent Independent Economic Strategist, Media Host, and Public Speaker. About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will manage high-level executive administration, client onboarding, financial coordination, media logistics, travel planning, and corporate compliance. You’ll work directly with an influential industry leader while supporting business operations, media production, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding and executive communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and inbox management.
  • Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and financial administration.
  • Liaise with BDO and other accounting partners on tax compliance and company closures.
  • Source and manage media professionals, videographers, makeup artists, and social media specialists.
  • Coordinate branding, printing, and production logistics.
  • Arrange local and national travel bookings.
  • Maintain organized administrative systems and workflow updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive assistant or virtual assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of financial administration, tax compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Experience working with accounting firms and business restructuring.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong procurement and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, economists, media personalities, or public speakers.
