The Senwes Equipment Apprenticeship Programme combines structured workplace learning with technical development to equip apprentices with the practical skills and knowledge needed to maintain, diagnose, service, and repair agricultural machinery and equipment.

What You Will Do

As an Apprentice Technician, you will:

  • Assist with servicing and maintenance of agricultural machinery
  • Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Participate in diagnostics and fault-finding activities
  • Learn to repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Support qualified technicians in daily workshop operations
  • Assist with parts management and stock control
  • Complete workshop administration duties
  • Maintain housekeeping and workshop safety standards
  • Deliver professional customer service and technical support
  • Participate in manufacturer and supplier technical training programmes

Training and Development

Throughout the programme, apprentices may be required to:

Minimum Requirements
