Job Purpose
The Clinics Administrator will manage all clinic administration functions and provide operational support to nursing staff at onsite client clinics. Services offered may include Primary Health Care, Occupational Health Care, or a combination of both, depending on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain, update, organize, and securely store medical records.
- Manage clinic waiting areas and patient flow.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels, consumables, and clinic supplies.
- Coordinate procurement processes and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Support healthcare professionals with administrative duties.
- Respond to patient enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Compile and submit operational reports to management.
- Order stationery and office supplies.
- Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Manage medical waste collection and disposal processes.
- Assist with incapacity support administration, case management, and return-to-work coordination.

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Senior Certificate / Matric.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
