About the Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to senior management. The role requires excellent time management, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Administrative or Secretarial post-school qualification
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator supporting senior management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary
  • Clear criminal record with no pending cases
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and ePayroll systems will be advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

  • Manage appointments, calendars, and executive schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and client engagements
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication
  • Screen calls and manage messages
  • Take meeting minutes and maintain records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Compile weekly and monthly management reports
  • Support daily operational coordination and administrative functions
