About the Role

The Insurance Retention Agent is responsible for engaging with existing customers to improve policy retention, resolve customer concerns, review insurance policies, and identify opportunities for product upgrades or additional insurance solutions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capability to meet monthly retention targets while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly retention and performance targets
  • Handle policy reviews and reinstatements
  • Assist customers with policy-related enquiries

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 2 years’ Retentions experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ Short-Term Insurance experience
  • RE Qualification
  • Short-Term Insurance Qualification
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good problem-solving and customer service abilities
