Work Arrangement: On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM
Salary: R16,000 – R18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Stakeholder Support

  • Manage reception and switchboard operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and external stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Communication & Membership Administration

  • Coordinate and distribute bulk email communications.
  • Maintain accurate membership databases and mailing lists.
  • Update digital content across websites and social media platforms.

Newsletter Coordination

  • Manage newsletter production from planning to distribution.
  • Coordinate content submissions from multiple departments.
  • Liaise with external service providers and ensure publication deadlines are met.

Committee & Governance Administration

  • Provide secretariat support to the Marketing Committee.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Assist with Board packs, governance documentation, and compliance administration.

Advertising & Office Administration

  • Coordinate advertising bookings and monitor publication schedules.
  • Maintain office filing systems and document control procedures.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate service providers including IT support and cleaning contractors.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in administration, front office management, or client services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional and confident interaction with senior stakeholders and executives.
