Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM
Salary: R16,000 – R18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Stakeholder Support
- Manage reception and switchboard operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and external stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Communication & Membership Administration
- Coordinate and distribute bulk email communications.
- Maintain accurate membership databases and mailing lists.
- Update digital content across websites and social media platforms.
Newsletter Coordination
- Manage newsletter production from planning to distribution.
- Coordinate content submissions from multiple departments.
- Liaise with external service providers and ensure publication deadlines are met.
Committee & Governance Administration
- Provide secretariat support to the Marketing Committee.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Assist with Board packs, governance documentation, and compliance administration.
Advertising & Office Administration
- Coordinate advertising bookings and monitor publication schedules.
- Maintain office filing systems and document control procedures.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate service providers including IT support and cleaning contractors.

Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in administration, front office management, or client services.

- Professional and confident interaction with senior stakeholders and executives.
