Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, you will oversee reception functions, coordinate office administration, manage visitors, and ensure the smooth operation of front-office activities.

What You’ll Do
Reception & Client Services
- Welcome visitors and create a professional first impression
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Ensure brochures and marketing materials remain updated
- Serve refreshments to clients and guests
Switchboard Management
- Handle incoming calls efficiently
- Screen and direct calls to relevant departments
- Manage visitor access and contractor arrivals
Boardroom & Facilities Coordination
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Ensure boardrooms are prepared before meetings
- Coordinate office maintenance and facility requirements
- Reception Administrator – Mediclinic
- Unit Administrative Assistant – Mediclinic
- Senior Clerk Health and Wellness – Eskom
- Senior Clerk General Administration
- General Worker (Assistant Driver)
Inventory & Office Administration
- Monitor stationery and office supply levels
- Place monthly stock orders
- Maintain inventory records
Courier & Logistics Coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Track parcels and maintain delivery records
Cleaning Team Supervision
- Monitor attendance and daily performance of cleaning staff
- Ensure office cleanliness standards are maintained
Administrative Support
- Assist the finance department with administrative duties
- Provide support to the Financial Manager when required
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ corporate reception experience
- Previous switchboard management experience
- Experience within financial services or professional corporate environments preferred
