Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1–3 years experience in a pathology or healthcare environment (advantage)
- 0–4 years general working experience considered
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office and data entry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Assist with patient and laboratory documentation
- Support workflow in the branch and care centre
- Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Ensure accuracy of labels, forms, and test requests
- Assist patients and staff in a professional and friendly manner
