Job Purpose
The successful candidate will provide first-level support for financial systems used within the organization, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and TaxPacc. The role focuses on system administration, troubleshooting, user support, reporting assistance, process improvement, and training end users to maximize system effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and TaxPacc systems.
- Assisting users during month-end and year-end financial reporting cycles.
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving system-related issues.
- Supporting finance teams with financial reporting and data management processes.
- Acting as a liaison between business users and the Business Systems team.
- Documenting business requirements and operational procedures.
- Assisting in system configuration improvements and process enhancements.
- Analysing complex business challenges and recommending effective solutions.
- Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth operation of financial applications.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- At least three years of experience in a similar systems administration or financial systems support role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
