Student Administrator Job Purpose
The Student Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions related to the student journey, from enrolment through graduation. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate maintenance of student records, support academic processes, and contribute to a positive student experience across all stages of study.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth campus operations while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student administration processes throughout the academic lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Coordinate registration, progression, and graduation processes.
- Provide administrative support to students and academic staff.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and higher education regulations.
- Generate reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and administrative improvements.
- Coordinate weekly, termly, and annual administrative activities.
- Assist with student queries and provide excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- A 3-year undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience.
- Previous experience within a Higher Education environment will be advantageous.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
