What You’ll Do

  • Handle RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier quotations
  • Manage budgets, project allocations, and petty cash
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics
  • Maintain records, documents, and submission flows
  • Organise division meetings (agendas, minutes, venues)
  • Oversee stationery orders and stock control (SAGE)
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Support internal policies, projects, and office events

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/admin
  • Knowledge of SAGE X3 (advantage)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Valid Code B/EB driver’s license
