What You’ll Do

  • Manage office administration, records, and project finances
  • Coordinate projects, post-docs, and external stakeholders
  • Organise conferences, seminars, travel, and logistics
  • Handle reports, data collection, and documentation
  • Provide secretarial support (meetings, minutes, scheduling)
  • Manage procurement, invoices, and financial processes
  • Liaise with suppliers, staff, and visitors professionally

Requirements

  • Diploma (3 years) + 3 years’ relevant experience
    OR
  • Matric (Grade 12) + 5 years’ relevant experience

Experience must include:

  • Office & project administration
  • Financial administration
  • Secretarial duties

  • Strong admin, typing, and record-keeping skills
  • Budget control & financial systems knowledge
  • Meeting coordination & minute-taking
  • Communication & organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
