What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve client queries in one interaction
  • Capture and update customer information accurately during calls
  • Maintain service levels and reduce call abandonment rates
  • Provide basic technical, financial, and account-related support
  • Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure closure
  • Support customer retention through excellent service
  • Perform post-installation checks and basic unit investigations
  • Distribute service requests after analysis
  • Adhere to telephony schedules and SLA standards

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3–4 years call centre experience (inbound & outbound)
  • Experience handling complaints and multiple query types
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Advantageous

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Technical, financial, or credit control experience
  • Knowledge of Tracker systems/products
