What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve client queries in one interaction
- Capture and update customer information accurately during calls
- Maintain service levels and reduce call abandonment rates
- Provide basic technical, financial, and account-related support
- Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure closure
- Support customer retention through excellent service
- Perform post-installation checks and basic unit investigations
- Distribute service requests after analysis
- Adhere to telephony schedules and SLA standards
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3–4 years call centre experience (inbound & outbound)
- Experience handling complaints and multiple query types
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
