Gold One Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Planned Maintenance Clerk to support engineering operations through accurate data management and maintenance planning systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong administrative and technical skills, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Capture and convert maintenance data into system records
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and proper formatting of all data
  • Verify, correct, and follow up on missing or incorrect information
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
  • Identify errors and report them to relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with teams to ensure correct data collection
  • Support maintenance planning processes in line with mine standards
  • Uphold safety standards and compliance with MHSA regulations


Requirements

  • Grade 10–12 or equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years’ experience in planning systems or data-related roles
  • Experience in data capturing or similar administrative role
  • TMM experience (essential)
  • AMMS system experience (advantageous)
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills (English + any SA official language)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • South African citizen
  • Clear criminal record
  • Medically fit
