WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and update theatre preference cards (surgical & anaesthetic)
- Capture procedures, stock, and billing on Impilo system
- Monitor dashboards and resolve system errors
- Support stock control, cycle counts & variance reporting
- Coordinate consignment stock and loan sets
- Assist with theatre register and case preparation
- Troubleshoot system issues as a super user
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience in billing or stock management
- Theatre environment experience (advantage)
- Strong admin & computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication & teamwork abilities
