WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and update theatre preference cards (surgical & anaesthetic)
  • Capture procedures, stock, and billing on Impilo system
  • Monitor dashboards and resolve system errors
  • Support stock control, cycle counts & variance reporting
  • Coordinate consignment stock and loan sets
  • Assist with theatre register and case preparation
  • Troubleshoot system issues as a super user
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Experience in billing or stock management
  • Theatre environment experience (advantage)
  • Strong admin & computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication & teamwork abilities
