Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Basic computer literacy
- SAP system and hospital administration knowledge (advantageous)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to rotate across patient administration sections
- Ability to work shifts or flexible hours
Key Duties
- Perform patient administration tasks in areas such as:
- Registration
- Wards
- Clinics
- Accident & Emergency
- Capture and update patient information on manual records and the SAP system
- Manage and maintain patient files and documentation
- Handle patient enquiries and provide administrative support
- Collect revenue for services rendered
- Assist with other administrative duties assigned by supervisors
