is recruiting a Trainee Call Centre Agent (Fixed Term) to join its RMM division within Mass Foundation – one of the largest customer-facing segments in the business.
This opportunity is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience while completing their tertiary studies.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in line with call centre standards
- Assist clients with queries and provide accurate information
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents
- Resolve calls at first point of contact where possible
- Meet productivity, quality, and procedural targets
- Develop product and process knowledge through on-the-job coaching

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: Flexible between 8:00am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: Flexible between 8:00am – 1:00pm
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Required
- Proof of registration for tertiary studies (essential at application stage)
- Basic to moderate technical knowledge
- Computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel)
- Strong communication skills
