Successful candidates will provide clerical and administrative support, including record management, data capturing, filing, supply chain administration, and financial support.

Minimum Requirements

For NDOH 11/2026 (Affordable / Traditional Medicines)

  • Grade 12 certificate (NQF 4)
  • Office administration experience (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and public service procedures
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to capture data and collect statistics
  • Planning and organising skills

For NDOH 16/2026 (Financial & Management Accounting)

  • Grade 12 certificate (NQF 4)
  • Certificate in Office Administration (advantageous)
  • Finance/payroll admin experience (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of record keeping and filing systems
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Strong planning, organising, and communication skills


Key Duties

  • Provide clerical support services
  • Record and retrieve correspondence and data
  • Support supply chain processes
  • Assist with personnel and leave administration
  • Capture and update expenditure records

NDOH 16/2026

  • Provide filing and record management services
  • Safeguard and track salary files
  • Handle salary-related correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Assist with audit and risk queries
