What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Account Developer, you’ll support customer servicing and in-store execution to grow volume and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets (bronze & tin).
  • Implement visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and in-store displays.
  • Ensure product availability, quality, and visibility per RED & execution scorecard standards (including iRED survey).
  • Support customers with order placement via the MyCCBA platform.
  • Assist with promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Provide relief support as directed by your line manager.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Sales Team Members: Collaborate on daily tasks and knowledge sharing.
  • Sales Account Developer: Receive training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Consumers: Understand preferences and behaviours to inform sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (min. 40% pass).
  • Grade 12 Communication: English + one other language (min. 40% pass).
  • South African citizen, aged 18–35.
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment.
  • Available to work 6 days per week.
  • Employment Equity candidate.
  • No criminal or adverse credit record.
  • Consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification.
  • Driver’s Licence (advantageous; may be required).
  • Not enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies.
  • Must not have completed the same learnership previously.

Advantageous

  • Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing.

Learnership Details

  • National qualification requiring 120 credits.
  • Duration: 12 months of structured, work-based learning.
