Programme Overview

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Non-Technical Learner Programme is designed to provide students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience. This 18-month programme allows participants to apply academic knowledge in a real work environment while gaining hands-on exposure, mentorship, and career-building skills.

What You’ll Do

Task Execution

  • Assist with departmental projects and work streams
  • Perform routine operational tasks under supervision
  • Support administrative duties, documentation, and reporting

Learning & Development

  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes
  • Shadow experienced professionals
  • Participate in problem-solving and analytical activities

Communication & Collaboration

  • Engage with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Provide progress updates on assigned tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for queries and support

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct data collection and basic market research
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office
  • Support process improvement initiatives


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • N6 qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 – 35 years
  • No bursary obligation with another company
  • Preference given to People with Disabilities
