Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative functions related to order processing and buying plans.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and market best-sellers.
- Assist with merchandising checks, customer reviews, product links, and newsletters.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Manage stock levels, order processing, stock classification, and catalogue-related tasks.
- Resolve stock quality disputes and operational challenges.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support category growth.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day retail operations and problem resolution.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other digital tools for reporting and analysis.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Science, Commerce, or related field preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of retail, commerce, or e-commerce experience.
- Retail buying or e-commerce exposure is advantageous.
- Existing industry networks will be beneficial.
Technical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Ability to learn and work with new software systems and AI-related technologies.
