Position Purpose

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme provides students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience. Participants will apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment while receiving hands-on training, mentorship and exposure to industry-specific activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with departmental projects and work-stream activities.
• Perform routine operational tasks under supervision.
• Support administrative duties, documentation and reporting.
• Participate in training, workshops and mentorship programmes.
• Shadow experienced professionals and gain workplace experience.
• Assist with problem-solving and analytical activities.
• Interact with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
• Conduct market research, data collection and analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professional standards.

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Completed all theoretical subjects: N6 – Office Management.
• South African citizen.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
