What You’ll Do
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit long-form training videos for YouTube
- Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Add graphics, overlays, transitions, music, and sound design
- Maintain consistent brand style and storytelling
Captioning & Accessibility
- Create accurate captions and subtitles
- Generate and deliver SRT files
- Ensure mobile-friendly formatting and proper syncing
Platform Optimisation
- Optimise videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms
- Create engaging hooks for short-form content
- Assist with YouTube thumbnail concepts
Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder/coach on messaging and tone
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Organise raw footage and maintain structured file systems

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proven experience editing for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong understanding of vertical/mobile-first video editing
- Experience exporting SRT files and adding motion graphics
Experience
- Portfolio with long-form and short-form content
- Experience with coaches, influencers, or personal brands preferred
- Background in educational or business content advantageous
