Job Overview
Fidelity Cash Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SPARK/NCR ATM Recon Clerk to join its Head Office team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and balancing ATM reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate financial records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting cash management operations in line with company policies and client requirements.
This position is well suited to candidates with strong numerical skills, reconciliation experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
ATM Reconciliation
- Perform end-to-end ATM reconciliations.
- Balance ATM reconciliation accounts daily.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Monitor ATM transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure reconciliation processes are completed within required deadlines.
Financial Administration
- Clear and reconcile debtor accounts.
- Reconcile and clear General Ledger (GL) accounts on SAP.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and management information when required.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify, investigate, and escalate potential cash losses.
- Recognize and report possible risk areas and irregularities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and cash management controls.
- Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate record keeping.
Operational Support
- Balance, load, and distribute ATM packing schedules.
- Provide after-hours support to cash centres when required.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Assist management with reconciliation-related queries and reporting.

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Previous ATM reconciliation experience would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in cash management, banking, finance, or reconciliation environments is beneficial.
- Experience working with SAP systems will be advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of reconciliation procedures.
- Understanding of administrative processes.
- Knowledge of Cash Management Centre operations.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
