Job Purpose
The SHE Intern will support the site SHE team in implementing and maintaining effective Safety, Health, and Environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with Unilever standards and legal requirements, and driving continuous SHE improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with updating SHE procedures and documentation
- Support risk assessments, aspects and impacts reviews
- Participate in incident investigations
- Help plan and coordinate safety training sessions
- Communicate SHE updates through meetings and site notice boards
- Compile SHE statistics and reports
- Support audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking
- Conduct contractor SHE inductions
- Manage SHE action trackers and improvement plans
- Lead two SHE-related projects to build practical experience

Minimum Requirements
- Completed qualification in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Management, Science, or Risk Management
- Diploma or Degree required (no statement of results accepted)
Preferred Qualification
- Advanced degree in Environmental Sustainability
