Main Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with everyday banking transactions
  • Support customers using ATMs and digital banking services
  • Help clients download and use banking apps
  • Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Handle card requests, statements, and account queries
  • Perform basic ATM/device maintenance and cash balancing
  • Assist with queue management and customer support
  • Identify sales opportunities and refer clients where needed
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • Higher Certificate or Diploma in:
    • Business Administration
    • Financial Management
    • Or related qualification (NQF Level 5)
  • 1–2 years experience in:
    • Banking
    • Retail customer service
    • Cash handling
    • Client support
  • Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
