Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- NQF 6 or NQF 7 qualification in:
- Office Administration
- Business Management
- Finance
- 5–8 years experience in the financial services industry
- 3–5 years experience supporting Financial Advisers or processing new business administration
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Momentum Distribution Services experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to IFAs and consultants
- Manage new business processing from start to finish
- Track quotations, pipeline business, and application requirements
- Support compliance and operational processes
- Train Financial Adviser practices on digital platforms and reporting tools
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Assist with reporting, escalations, and branch support nationally
