Salary

Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Computer literacy
- Good numerical and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shifts and rotate between sections
- Registry or records experience will be an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform filing duties
Key Duties
- Sort and file patient records and documents
- Retrieve files for wards, clinics, auditors and billing
- Track file movement on the SAP system
- Handle registry queries and file requests
- Check for misfiled records
- Move and archive inactive patient files
- Assist with other administrative tasks when required
