Barloworld Equipment is hiring a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (Global Grade 06) to manage front-office operations and deliver a first-class visitor and switchboard experience at its Richards Bay site.
What You’ll Do
- Professionally manage the switchboard and respond to internal/external queries
- Welcome and assist all visitors at reception
- Handle incoming calls and general administrative duties
- Support admin teams with overflow tasks (data entry, online research)
- Maintain excellent self-management and service standards
Requirements
- Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or admin role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Attention to detail, resilience, punctuality, and professionalism
- Finance/Procurement or SAP knowledge (advantageous)
